How does the clock get to you?

In principle, I deliver as many pieces as possible to your home.

I support worldwide shipping and then make sure everything is packed properly and safely. Including a description for commissioning and operation.

Please arrange your own transport, then please pay attention to the following:

CLOCK.
Pendulum and weights separately, watch out for loose parts, keep cords/chains/strings out of knots and put them back neatly. A clock is usually allowed to lie on its back. If necessary, give the clock extra support. Be careful not to upset the pendulum suspension and the connection to the movement.

BAROMETER.
⇒ Never transport flat.
The tube with the mercury column has a reservoir with mercury at the bottom. It is important that no air in the reservoir gets past the bend in the long tube. The effect is then nullified. Besides, it is not pleasant if mercury spills out of the reservoir.
As a rule, you can very gently tilt the barometer backwards until the top is about 25 cm higher. The mercury column is then pulled up into the vacuum and you can safely move your barometer.
Handy transport is crosswise in the car with the top on a pillow.
